“FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. is a privately held Small Business Enterprise (SBE) asphalt company, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Beginning in 1995 as paving contractor with a background in parking lot design, construction, re-surfacing, re-construction, maintenance, trails, mill/overlay and crack sealing, our desire to fit the expanding needs of our customer base, and broaden our scope of work, has led us into the area of general contracting, while still specializing in asphalt paving.

As our company grew, its project portfolio became more extensive. Demolition, bumper installation, striping, concrete work, utility construction/improvements, drainage systems, site grading, retaining walls, rain gardens and tennis courts, have all become common practice, creating endless possibilities for our clients.

It is the trust FPI Paving earned from owners and contractors, which gave us the ability to expand and diversify. The past three years we have seen annual revenue averaging fourteen million, with projects involving small scope work such as simply removing post office boxes for the USPS as well as large scope work such as the Vikings Stadium project.

FPI’s 2020 twelve-million-dollar revenue, during a global crisis, is a testament to its financial and overall stability. The length with our bonding company being ten years and insurance company, fifteen years, is proof that FPI’s reliability holds great respect within the business community.”
