This location accommodates our estimating and accounting departments. It was specifically chosen due to its central location in Minnesota, to allow minimal travel time to jobsites. Being centrally located contributes to accurate project costs as estimators are able to physically see proposed worksites, take measurements, and assess the area for unexpected issues or job hazards. Additionally, this location adds to the ease of meetings and personal contact with project managers and owners.

This location accommodates FPI garages, vehicles, and equipment inventory. Our shop is managed by long time employee, Gary Owen. Gary and his team maintain all FPI equipment and vehicles, either at the shop or on a jobsite if needed. This location is also centrally located and five minutes from the Rice Street offices contributing to the ease of jobsite access, parts stores and shops to ensure a quick response if equipment needs repair and mobilizations to jobsites.


